Responsibilities will include the production of dynamic digital out of home creatives to be published on highly visible sites around the world for some of the biggest global brands. Experience of HTML / Javascript / CSS is essential as well as the translation of design wireframes to actual code in order to produce responsive / smart visual elements for client-side applications. You will bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how each application looks as well as how they work across a diverse range of browsers, operating systems and media players.



  • Develop dynamic digital screen applications
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Ensure the design fidelity of is carried through from Photoshop / InDesign document through to finished the application
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Assure that all functionality is thoroughly tested before submitting for publication
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders


Skills And Qualifications

  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Understanding of XML and JSON and how to traverse complex data schemas using Javascript.
  • A knowledge of NodeJS, NPM, AngularJS, ReactJS etc
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling
  • A knowledge of image authoring tools, such as Photoshop / Illustrator is essential.
  • A knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 3 a distinct advantage although not essential
  • Experience using After Effects.
  • Understanding of Git


Any relevant experience to the digital signage industry, Broadsign or Scala would be advantageous.
